Never have i ever had such fabulous customer service. Seans attention to detail, knowledge, kindness and patience is unparalleled in my opinion. His boutique is a dream, his stock outstanding and he made my daughters dream come true. He looked at my daughters socials before she even arrived at the store to attempt to see her style and likes. He allowed her to pick numerous dresses along with suggesting some himself. She now has the wedding dress of her dreams. His attention to detail was absolutely outstanding and he made dress shopping the most fabulous pre event to the wedding. Myself, my daughter and her maid of honour walked out of the boutique feeling like we had had the most amazing afternoon. Sean made us all feel very special. My only complaint is that his pooches weren’t there for us to cuddle. A total Five Star experience
Sean made this a lovely experience today. I loved every second. When I first came in I was feeling very overwhelmed but Sean was brilliant and made me feel very comfortable straight away. There were quite a lot of us and Sean was very accommodating to us all and went above and beyond to make sure it was a special day. Hugo and Elliot Bridal is the only bridal shop I have been to and I didn’t need to look elsewhere due to being spoilt for choice with so many amazing dresses. Thank you to Sean and the lovely lady who was with him who was also extremely helpful. They both gave such great advice. Thank you.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Hugo and Elliot Bridal with Sean. We felt so comfortable from the minute we walked in with special touches like a glass of bubbly and a personalised welcome message at the entrance of the shop. There is such a lovely selection of dresses that I was able to pick from to try on and the shop is so beautiful and peaceful. Sean was so patient and didn’t rush me while trying lots of dresses to make sure I found the right one. There was no pressure at the end of the appointment for me to decide. I went away to have a think about which dress was right for me and was able to come back to try it on again and get my measurements taken. I absolutely love my dress and am so excited for when it arrives! Thank you again for such a lovely and special wedding dress shopping experience!
