We had a very lovely meal at this place. It was a quiet January Monday It was definitely quiet in the pub but what a lovely warm friendly welcome we received and definitely home cooked food. Home made cheese and onion pie with real home cooked chips - absolutely delicious. We will be back for sure
4.30pm on a bitterly cold Monday in January. We were looking for food, but really didn’t think it would be easy finding somewhere at that time of day. We had walked to Llandudno and the bus back dropped us right outside this pub. It was warm and welcoming inside (including the dog). We had a really lovely meal - 2 of us had scampi and chips, one had sausage and chips and the other pie and chips. All the food was very good, and the hand cut chips were amazing! Thank you!
It was very quiet when we went as there was a storm blowing in, and it is right on the sea front, but it is a nice place with friendly staff.
